JAMIE'S FAVORITE LEMON DROP MARTINI

When it comes to serving drinks at a party, I plan cocktails that can be prepared in pitchers. This luscious Lemon Drop recipe can be mixed, without the ice, long before the party starts. Refrigerate the mixture until ready to serve, then have each guest shake their own Martini or pour the Lemon Drops over ice, for an "on-the-rocks" version.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

3 cups Lemon flavored Vodka
1 1/2 cups Homemade Sweet & Sour Mix
3/4 cup Cointreau

Preparation:

Combine the ingredients with ice in a martini shaker.  Shake well and pour into sugar-rimmed martini glasses.  Garnish each martini with a lemon wheel.
