In applying for a ranking spot in the 100 TOP, you agree to the following:

  • Each month, the bottom 25 sites are removed and replaced with new nominations. We do reserve the right to adjust this number higher or lower at any time.
  • A visitor can cast ONE VOTE during any 24 hour period. If you device any code or system to beat this restriction, your site will be removed without prior notice to you.
  • The use of unfair practices, including but not limited to offering compensation to your visitors to cast votes for you, will result in the removal of your site.
  • References made to competing sites, on both your web pages and discussion forums, must be presented in a matter of fact, courteous and professional way.
  • References to and encouragement to cheat or to lowball a competing site will result in the immediate removal of your site without prior notice.
  • If you suspect foul play by another web site, please submit verifiable evidence in your report to the webmaster - We do appreciate your efforts in keeping our ranking list clean and fair!
  • The "mugging" of code  to open the vote box window at your site does infringe on our copyright and will automatically disqualify your web site without prior notice. We suggest that you open our ranking list in a new window.
  • Chef2Chef, at it's sole discretion, may add new rules, modify existing ones or discontinue any TOP100 ranking list at any time without prior notice to you. 
  • We may remove any web site or participant from the ranking list at any time for any reason and without prior notice to you.
  • Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Chef2Chef, LLC incur any liability nor will you be entitled to damages, consequential or otherwise, as a result of your participation in our ranking list.
  • The TOP100 Ranking lists is and remains the sole property of Chef2Chef, LLC and it maybe  used for promotional purposes or any other way that we deem appropriate. 
  • The re-production of this ranking list in print is permitted for as long as you provide your readers the source, our logo in color and the full URL address of the page featured.

HOW TO GET LISTED:  

Visit the the Ranking List you plan to participate in. Look at the descriptions and wording the participants use. Visit a number of the existing participants to get a feel on promotion required on your part to stay on the list.

WHY WE ARE DOING THIS:
 

Yes, we do expect to build some traffic in the process. Since we are blessed with a lot of that already - that is not our primary motivation. Look at the other Ranking lists currently on the Internet - they are seldom updated and it is up to a few people that decide whether you rank and how high. Our list 100% unbiased and driven by the popular vote with the rankings updated hourly making. That is what drives the success of our lists!
