Chef2Chef Forums Exceed 10,000 Registered Users! An amazing thing happened last Tuesday around 12:00 noon. A person with the username Viking Chef registered for our forums, not knowing that they would be welcomed as our 10,000th Registered User! Many of our regular users had been waiting for days for the event to happen and a party broke out in the Chatterbox and Viking Chef was warmly welcomed. A Message from Webmaster Fred: We started this board in March of 2002. We have 10,011 registered users and 164,587 posts in a bit over 2 years with about 110,000 posts still in the current index. It’s a monster database and quite possibly, one of the best cooking resources ever assembled. It is gratifying to see the enthusiasm for the hard work we put into this. And you know, this would not have been possible without each and everyone of you! Thank you! It’s an immense pleasure to be of service and congratulations to the Viking Chef! And a very special thanks to all the Volunteer Moderators that turn those sour lemons into lemonade and keep the place tidy and free of spam. Not a Registered User?
