Just in time for Easter Brunch (Sunday’s Grand Brunch Buffet) Chef Neuhold new proprietor of Somi’s to bring his culinary talents to Fort Collins. Award Winning Chef Neuhold Winner of the Boston Chowder Competition, best Restaurant in Denver, “AUGUSTA” @ Westin Tabor Center 1988, 1989, 1990 and numerous awards all over the world, has just introduced a Spring Menu featuring Regional Specials like Buffalo Rib Eye with Red Onion Chutney, Colorado Rack of Lamb with Mint flavored Baked Golden Delicious Apple, Sweet French savory tart on a flaky pie crust, Beef Filet poached in Sherry Wine with Café de Paris Herb Butter, just to name a few. The 4 course dinner tasting menu for the special occasion is designed to the guest’s pallet by the Chef.
All Desserts are House made, Chef Neuhold mentions - like the Swiss Kirsch Chocolate Mouse on Peach Puree, the freshly baked Tarte Tartin, and Somi’s Chocolate Fondue.
For the Business luncheon Chef Walter created new Salad dishes, Sandwiches and now Somi’s also features an seasonal Executive Lunch menu specials. “Luncheons at Somi’s is a great way to impress and too business”.
At Somi’s “Red Door” Bar Lounge (Live Music Tuesday through Saturday) the menu also reflects Chef Neuhold’s experience with items like slow Roasted Herb Crusted Prime Rib Eye Steak, Sate’s with Oriental Peanut Sauce, House made Burgers and of course the popular Swiss Cheese Fondue.
