SANTÉ ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT WITH EBAY
Bennington, VT (July 21, 2005)-Santé Editor and Publisher Mark Vaughan is pleased to announce that the magazine has entered into a reciprocal link agreement with eBay (Nasdaq: EBAY). Under the terms of this relationship, eBay will feature a link from its Web site, ebay.com, to Santé's newly launched Web site, isantemagazine.com (iSanté). In return, iSanté will feature a limited number of foodservice products currently available on eBay and will offer visitors a direct link to eBay's Food Service & Retail page.

ebay.com receives an estimated 1 billion page-views per day. The site's Food Service & Retail page includes categories such as Bar & Beverage Equipment; Furniture, Signs, and Décor; Retail Supplies; Commercial Kitchen Equipment; and Refrigeration & Ice Machines, among others.
isantemagazine.com is an emerging Web site that currently includes management, food, wine, and spirits news and trends; feature articles from the award-winning Santé magazine; a calendar of industry events; and an online marketplace. As the site expands, it will incorporate pay-for-use interactive management solutions, product reviews, e-learning professional development courses, and more.
