RESTAURANT LULU LAUNCHES COOKBOOK
LuLu to introduce 1st cookbook at upcoming Fancy Food Show
San Francisco, CA (January 18, 2006)
By popular demand, the folks at Restaurant LuLu Gourmet Products will launch their first cookbook, The Flavors of Restaurant LuLu at this year’s Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco.
Since its opening on New Year’s Eve 1992, Restaurant LuLu has drawn diners with the warm glow of its wood-burning rotisserie and the wonderful aromas and flavors of the rustic cuisine that integrates the flavors of Provence with California ingredients.
The Flavors of Restaurant LuLu captures those flavors in
easy recipes for the home chef and highlights the award-winning LuLu line of gourmet products. Recipes cover every course from Antipasti to Dessert and include such highlights as Pastina with
Summer Squash and Goat Cheese and Pan-Seared Duck Breasts with Braised Artichoke Hearts.
“We’re constantly asked for new and creative ways to explore our products and their unique flavor combinations”, states Leslie M. Wilson, General Manager of the LuLu product line, “so our chefs assembled some of their best recipes, and we all had a great time putting the book together.”
The LuLu line includes over 50 unique products inspired by the cuisine of Restaurant LuLu. Introduced in 1997, the line of flavored balsamic vinegars, sauces, and other pantry essentials is a two-time winner of the NASFT Outstanding Product Line award. The products are available for purchase at the four LuLu
Petite retail stores in San Francisco, Mammoth and Palo Alto, CA, at specialty food stores and gourmet markets nationwide, by phone at 888.693.5800, by email at customerservice@restaurant lulu.com, or online at www.amazon.com/gourmetfood.
