by Lynne Simmons

Native South Adds Fire & Ice Tequila Mango Salsa to Its Line of “Uptown, Down Home Food.”

Marietta, GA – April, 2005 Native South introduces Fire & Ice Tequila Mango Salsa just in time for the warm weather snack season.

This is a fruit salsa that’s100% fruit. Chunks of sweet mango, a kick of lime and a nip of tequila mix it up with just the right heat from Serrano peppers. The result is a taste that’s both bold and smooth, both hot and sweet, completely fat and holesterol free, without preservatives or artificial ingredients.

Native South packages Fire & Ice Tequila Mango Salsa in both 12-ounce and 7.75-ounce jars to meet the needs of all aspects of the gift and gourmet industry. The12-ounce jars come with recipe hang-tags that identify ideas for everything from appetizers to desserts.

Both size jars will also be offered in a variety of pre-packaged gift boxes, such as the popular Gourmet Attachés, that are already an important part of Native South’s gift business.

“We incorporated on April Fools Day of 1992 and never looked back!” remarks business owner Lynne Simmons. “Along the way we were fortunate to win the NASFT Outstanding Product Line Award and qualify as an Outstanding Cookie & Cracker Finalist three times.” Native South’s line of “Uptown, Down Home Food” offers a delicious and unique selection of gourmet specialty snacks, including salsas, chips, sweet and savory bite-sized biscuits and a great new trail mix.

Camera-ready digital color photos of all Native South gifts are available via email or CD Rom.
