LINCOLN INTRODUCES OPTIO STAINLESS STEEL COOKWARE
FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Lincoln Foodservice Products, Inc. introduces the Optio by Lincoln cookware collection—a complete line of stainless-steel products including natural-finish and nonstick pans suitable for frying, sautéing and saucing, as well as nonstick stock and sauce pots, braziers and covers. The Optio by Lincoln line was specifically designed for the value-conscious chef. All items are constructed of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel and feature aluminum-clad bottoms for quick, even heat distribution. The line is induction ready and suitable for use with any type of stove.
Optio frying pans are produced in natural and nonstick finish to satisfy a variety of cooking needs. They are available in 8-, 9-1/2-, 11- and 12-1/2-inch sizes.
The natural-finish sauce pans are supplied in a broad range of sizes from 2-3/4- to 10-1/2-quart.
Stock pots are impervious to acidic foods and will not pit or discolor. They range in size from 8- to 53-quart.
Sauce pots range in size from 6-3/4- to 22-quart, making them ideal for all sizes of food preparation jobs.
Domed covers come complete with any size pan or stock and sauce pot.
