Green Bay WI……April 22, 2005. CulinArte BONEWERKS is pleased to announce the appointment of Edward St. Laurent as North East regional Chef. As a CEC, Ed has done many seminars and classes for organizations such as: “Michigan Restaurant Association: “National Association of Food Service Professionals”, “American Culinary Federation” and the “Research Chef’s Association”.
Working with all product lines to set trends and develop new ways of using products in upscale preparation. As an Executive Chef for a food brokerage company, Chef Ed has a great amount of food sales and demonstration experience.
Chef Ed is also a member of the ACF and an Honorary Faculty Member of the Michigan State University of Hotel and Hospitality Management.
