The first "Sizzle-N-Sauce" Barbecue Competition takes place in
Detroit"s Eastern Market, Parking Lot #1 on July 8, 9 and 10th.Five categories to compete in: Brisket, Pork Ribs, Chicken, Pork(Shoulder or Boston Butt)and Sauce. Grand Champion must compete in 4 Categories. WNIC 100.3(248)324-5424 and Mix92.3(248)324-2017 Special Events for information. Live Blues Entertainment Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday. This is a first time event

$1 "Buck for Bones" sample taste tickets will be sold, benefitting a Detroit Charity.
