Epicurean Classic's Vin Merchant Trade Forum Announced
Luncheon to Feature Culinary Publishing Professional
Traverse City, MI, (August 3, 2004) -- The Traverse Epicurean Alliance (www.epicureanclassic.com) has officially announced its Vin Merchant trade program to coincide with the Traverse Epicurean Classic which will take place at the Great Lakes Culinary Institute, September 30 - October 2nd, 2004.
"The Vin Merchant Forum focuses on those trade entities where wine is either purchased or consumed," notes Mark Dressler, Program Director. "We’ve created a critical forum where wine merchants and restaurateurs can improve their competitiveness via market-based intelligence and know-how."
