Hemingway’s in Killington, VT has a unique program in which diners can get behind the scenes and learn how to chop, peel, pour, strain, grate and dice! Participants will learn how to transform farm-fresh products into a scrumptious meal. Afternoon preparation of the night’s menu is followed by a four-course dinner with wines for two.
