GOOD TASTE is a fresh and unique lifestyle entertainment company focusing on television & radio broadcasting, Video on Demand, syndicated broadcast production, continuous real time streaming web casts, publishing, podcasts and an extensive line of consumer products.

Launching in the Summer of 2006, GOOD TASTE TV will be available in an estimated 52 million homes in the United States with access to 112 million potential unique daily viewers. The foundation of GOOD TASTE will be the television broadcast operations. The Dish Network, Direct TV, Comcast and Time Warner Cable will deliver uninterrupted commercial programming 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The owner and creative manager of GOOD TASTE is Short Order Entertainment Inc.. The active principles include Emmy Award winning producers, lighting designers, scenic artists, writers and directors. The core principles are also made up of senior level management and creative staff from The Walt Disney Company, Paramount, ABC, ESPN, Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, Radio City Music Hall, Madison Square Garden, The Jimmy Kimmel Show, The Daily Show, MTV, VH1, The New York Rangers, MSNBC, The Food Network, Walt Disney Theatrical, A & E, The New York Rangers, Clear Channel Entertainment, Good Morning America, 20/20, Primetime Live, Nightline and Soap Net.

Recognizing the increasing advertiser demand forbtargeted marketing, GOOD TASTE will benefit from the growing popularity of celebrity, food and comfortbased entertainment. GOOD TASTE will attract and engage viewers by offering a fresh approach to a proven style of entertainment. One signature ingredient will be Kitchen Jockeys serving as the reappearing face of the channel. These K-Jays will be seen during commercial breaks, between shows, in special vignettes and during feature programs. Martha Quinn and the four other warm, attractive and
approachable personalities will guide the viewer through the day with timely insights on food, health, fitness and the world of entertainment.

The home base of our New York City Studio will be designed as a large kitchen and great room with windows visible to the street. Celebrities from film, television, music and professional sports will often drop-in to sit at the bar, enjoy a drink and share stories of great food and bold adventures. The network is dedicated to reaching a broad range of
valuable demographics with traditional high production value cooking shows, food adventure programs and behind the scenes access to some of the most glamorous events on earth.
