"The Rice Way To Cook" Competition

The USA Rice Federation is challenging culinary students, with their instructors, to develop new rice recipe ideas. Recipes can be for any menu application from appetizers to desserts; for any meal occasion or daypart; and appeal to any or all segments from quick service to white tablecloth. Cooking with rice is "The Rice Way To Cook."

It's a Great Classroom Project!
The Rice Way To Cook Contest is a great way to add excitement to a classroom curriculum. Entire classes or smaller groups of students can form "rice think-tanks" for developing rice-based dishes.
