LOUISIANA COOKIN’ MAGAZINE HELPS CHEFS FROM THEAMERICAN CULINARY FEDERATION, NEW ORLEANS CHAPTER, TO KEEP COOKIN’

Email Subject Line: Help Chefs from New Orleans to Keep Cookin’

Louisiana Cookin’ magazine is dedicated to supporting a renewal of the culinary industry and the glorious cuisine that has made New Orleans and Louisiana world-renowned.

We would appreciate your contribution to this effort by inclusion of this fundraiser 1) on your Web site, 2) in membership emails, 3) in newsletters, and of course 4) in your emails to Louisiana foodies. The attached file, which is also available on our Web site, contains all that is needed to help spread the word to help our local chefs and restaurants: a banner ad, logos, information about the campaign and more for a variety of options to share the information with your members, viewers, patrons, and more who might want to help our chefs to Keep Cookin’.

Help make gift-giving count by supporting the Louisiana food scene and contributing to Katrina's culinary victims. Louisiana Cookin’ magazine will make a financial disaster relief donation to the American Culinary Federation, New Orleans chapter, of $5 for each new subscription and/or gift order received with a promotional code of ACFNO by December 31, 2005.

For more information on the American Culinary Federation, Greater New Orleans Area Chapter, contact Michael Parr at eventschef1@yahoo.com or visit www.acfno.org.
