The Canadian Personal Chef Alliance based in Toronto will host the first Personal Chef Conference and Culinary competition this May.
Invited judges Chef Shawn Whalen (Captain of culinary team Canada) Candy Wallace (president of the American Personal Chef Association) and Chef Mick Elliott (Owner of Liaison college downtown Toronto) will preside over the first ever Personal Chef competition which closes out the Conference.
The conference will see Personal Chefs from all over Canada converge on Toronto’s Liaison College as the host venue in the heart of the city, to gather information and network with fellow Personal Chefs. Invited speakers from companies like Chef Revival, Campbells, Wiley’s, Rubbermaid and Toppits foods will speak to Personal Chefs about new products and ideas as well as information seminars on subjects like marketing, knife skills and new accounting packages from Simply accounting.
Promising to be a very informative weekend it kicks off with a reception at the Liaison campus on Friday May 13th 2005.
